Woman found fatally stabbed in South Pasadena home

SOUTH PASADENA — A woman was found fatally stabbed in a house in South Pasadena on Tuesday night.

The stabbing was reported at approximately 8:45 p.m. at 820 Brent Ave., near Mission Street, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Tracy Koerner told City News Service.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The sheriff’s department will assist the South Pasadena Police Department with the investigation of the woman’s death, Koerner said.
