Parham Nikfarjam is a Senior Trial Attorney at J&Y Law Firm dedicated to representing Plaintiffs in all types of personal injury cases throughout California. Parham earned his J.D. in 2016 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he was an editor of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal and participated in Loyola’s Civil Litigation Skills Practicum. In 2015, Parham was awarded the California Employment Lawyer’s Fellowship. After graduation, Parham furthered his trial advocacy training when he was selected from a large group of competitive applicants throughout the Los Angeles area to serve as a Fellow in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) fellowship program. Parham actively supports UCLA and Loyola Law School, acting as an alumni mentor and speaker.

Parham has been instrumental in securing tens of millions of dollars for his clients through substantial verdicts and settlements including a $4.95 million dollar verdict in Los Angeles Superior Court against a consumer product importer. His background includes extensive work in civil litigation involving catastrophic personal injury and business disputes ranging from car accidents to breach of contract cases. With experience on both sides of the bar, Parham has developed experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, development of litigation and settlement strategies, and trial.

During his free time Parham enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and rooting for the Los Angeles Lakers.
