Two teens shot in Stockton; expected to recover, police say

Two teenagers were shot near the intersection of Mathey Road and Carolyn Weston Boulevard in Stockton on Monday, police said.According to the Stockton police department, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area at approximately 2 p.m. and found an 18-year-old boy with a gunshot wound.Police said he is at an area hospital in critical but stable condition.Officers learned about another 16-year-old boy who admitted himself to a hospital with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Officials said the 16-year-old may have also been shot at the same location.
