Rio Linda water district employee shot at home, deputies investigating

RIO LINDA, Calif. — A Rio Linda Elverta Community Water District employee was hospitalized Monday after being shot in the torso.

The water district confirmed to ABC10 an employee was shot at their home Monday and taken to the hospital. Their condition is unknown at this time.

So far there’s no information about a suspect.
