Police arrest 3 East Bay men in Marin roofing supply business burglary

Three suspects are accused of stealing more than $4,000 worth of merchandise from a San Rafael construction supply business.

Around 1 a.m. Sunday, police received an alarm system alert from ABC Supply Inc. on Jordan Street, police Lt. Scott Eberle said. An officer contacted the suspects near the business in a pickup truck that contained roofing supplies.

Yudes Marcial Cruz–Castro, 39, of Hayward; Celso Herrera, 42, of Hayward; and Steve Solis, 25, of Pittsburg were arrested on suspicion of grand theft and conspiracy. They were not in custody at the Marin County Jail on Monday, according to jail records.
