One person was taken to an area hospital after an argument led up to a shooting in Elk Grove on Sunday, according to the police department.Officials said the shooting happened in the area of Calvine and Vineyard roads around 3:15 p.m.The police department said the victim got into an argument with the suspect and they both got into separate vehicles when the suspect fired at the victim as he drove away.Officials said the victim drove himself to a local hospital and is being treated for a gunshot injury that is not life-threatening.
