A 16-year-old Center High School Student who was killed near the Tower Bridge was remembered by friends and family on Friday.Kirill Trush was found by officers around 5:15 p.m. Saturday below the Tower bridge with multiple stab wounds, according to West Sacramento police. He later died at the scene.His aunt Angelina Zhuravskaya described Trush as a good person with a kind heart who cared for the people he loved. “Always had a smile on his face, when people came over to his house, he would give everybody a hug,” said Zhuravskaya. Since his death, Zhuravskaya said they have seen how many lives he impacted. “It’s nice to see how many friends he had that cared about him,” she said.Dozens of his friends gathered with candles and balloons to grieve their loss. “He was such a good friend,” said his longtime friend Isabella Plasichuk. “He brought smiles to everyone.”West Sacramento police are still investigating why Trush was at the bridge and what led up to the attack. “Violence is never the answer. It’s always kindness. Kindness is the most important thing in this world,” said Zhuravskaya.Trush’s relatives ask anyone with information to contact West Sacramento police. The family has set up a GoFundMe to help with the funeral cost.
