Car crashes through wall, onto yard of Sacramento apartment complex

SACRAMENTO, Calif — A woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after crashing through a wall and onto the yard of a Sacramento apartment complex.

It was reported Sunday afternoon along the 2300 block of Wyda Way. 

California Highway Patrol spokesperson Officer Jason Fetterly said a woman in her 60s was driving through the apartment alley way at a high speed when she crashed into the wall. She ultimately came to a stop in a backyard.

She was taken to a hospital with moderate injuries and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
