9-year-old boy abducted by parent found, returned safely

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Amari Robertson was returned to his father, according to Sacramento police. Police say his mother, Frances Saso, was arrested on related charges. 

The Sacramento Police Department needs your help finding a child allegedly abducted by their parent.

According to a news release, 9-year-old Amari Robertson is a victim of parent abduction.

He was last seen in blue Nike shoes, burgundy sweatpants and a white t-shirt with burgundy lettering that reads, ’24-hour fitness youth basketball.’

Anyone with information about Robertson’s location or Saso’s location can call police at 916-808-5471.
