Crews with the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the 4700 block of Venice Boulevard on reports of the two-vehicle collision, according to an LAFD news release. Â
At the scene, firefighters used hydraulic rescue tools to extract one person from the dark-colored vehicle that rolled on its side during the crash. Â
A heavy presence of first responders and police were seen in video of the incident posted to the Citizen app. Â
A crew of firefighters worked to cut a portion of the dark-colored vehicle’s roof off to access the person trapped inside. Â
