3 arrested in connection to killed of Folsom CVS Manager

The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 41-year-old Vitaliy Zaytsev. He was the manager at a CVS in Folsom along Madison Avenue, according to a CVS spokesperson.

He was killed along the 4900 block of Hillridge Way on May 3.

Detective Neay Chhlang, with the sheriff’s office, said detectives were able to gather cellphone data records, video and Department of Transportation footage that helped them in the investigation.

Authorities identified two of the suspects as Michael Espinosa and Miguel Esquibel, both arrested in Idaho. A third suspect was arrested in San Jose.

Chhlang said the shooting as isolated incident.
