(KRON) — The Posey Tube was closed Monday night due to a pickup truck on fire inside the tunnel, the Alameda Fire Department said. The Posey Tube connects Alameda to Oakland.

The fire was reported at about 7:30 p.m. The Oakland and Alameda fire departments responded to put out the fire and evacuate drivers.
