Dan joins J&Y with over a decade of experience leading sales, marketing, and brand growth strategies across healthcare, consumer goods, and technology. He’s held leadership roles at companies ranging from early-stage startups to national brands, with a focus on creating data-driven campaigns, improving client engagement, and building high-performing teams. Outside of work, Dan is a lifelong comic book and sports card collector, a former college quarterback (he proudly ended his career with -55 rushing yards), and a dedicated pet parent to three cats and a dog. He spends his weekends hiking, metal detecting, and yard-saling around the valley with his wife and 8-year-old son.
