J&Y Law Birthday Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor
The J&Y Law Birthday Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by J&Y Law (“Sponsor”), located in Los Angeles, California.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to:
• Current and former J&Y Law clients;
• Legal residents of the United States;
• Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of J&Y Law and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the Birthday Giveaway form and confirming or updating their contact information.
Limit one (1) entry per person per monthly drawing period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
4. Entry Period
Entries received during a calendar month will be eligible for that month’s drawing. New drawings will be conducted monthly.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive a $100 gift card or equivalent cash prize, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
• One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period.
• The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.
• If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly drawing period.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, the winner grants J&Y Law permission to use their first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, and/or testimonial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with J&Y Law’s privacy practices and may be used to communicate with participants regarding firm news, events, services, and future promotions. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
11. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless J&Y Law and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. Void Where Prohibited
This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
