[02-13-2026] Los Angeles County – Panorama City Hit-and-Run Leaves Pedestrian Dead; Authorities Announce $50,000 Reward

Los Angeles, California – Investigators are looking for a motorist involved in a fatal hit-and-run collision that claimed the life of a pedestrian in Panorama City. 

According to police, the incident occurred around 2 a.m. on February 5 near the intersection of Roscoe Boulevard and Lennox Avenue. Officers arrived after receiving reports of a traffic collision involving a person on foot. 

Preliminary findings indicate the victim was crossing Roscoe Boulevard when he was struck by a silver Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. The driver did not stop and fled the area without rendering aid. 

Emergency responders transported the injured pedestrian to a nearby hospital, where he later died. Authorities have not yet made the victim’s name public. 

A reward of $50,000 is being offered for information that helps identify and apprehend the suspect.
