The Los Angeles personal injury lawyers with J&Y Law believe that the people who lift up their neighbors make up the foundations of today’s strongest communities.
The firm wants to award those students who’ve made a transformative impact on where they live and ensure that young people continue to have the means to improve the lives of the people around them.
That’s where the Books for Good Scholarship comes in. J&Y Law invites students to write a short essay about the good they’ve done in their communities, be that by mentoring younger students, volunteering their time, or ensuring that people in need get the support necessary to live a better life.
The firm will make this scholarship available on a monthly basis and consistently award its chosen students $300 that the winners can use to cover the cost of books throughout their current academic semester.
Who Is Eligible?
