As the Chief Operating Officer and Pre-Litigation Supervisor for our law firm, I oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the Pre-Litigation Department. In this role, I help coordinate our pre-litigation demands and settlement negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Under my leadership, our Settlement Department has consistently exceeded key performance metrics such as increased settlements and productivity. I strive to apply an empathetic and solutions-oriented approach to ensure clients receive the maximum compensation and resolution entitled by their cases.
Outside of work, I enjoy woodworking and traveling internationally. As an avid soccer fan, I particularly appreciate the sportsmanship and teamwork exhibited by FC Barcelona. When time allows, I also relax by watching movies from varied genres. Of all destinations I have visited thus far, Cancun in Mexico remains my favorite for its beautiful beaches and lively atmosphere.
