I was injured as the result of a trip and fall accident. After 13 months of dental and orthodontic treatment, I began negotiating with the insurance company for a settlement. I soon realized they had no intention of paying me what I asked, an amount I believed to be reasonable. Neither desiring nor capable of pursuing the issue on my own, I engaged Yosi to act on my behalf. I was impressed with Yosi’s quick and accurate analysis of my case, the nature of my recovery and his reassuring manner as he initiated the process of moving my case to conclusion. And he put together a great team – his staff were knowledgeable, focused and it was easy working with all of them. I am very satisfied with the work that Yosi did for me and the manner in which he did it. As my case progressed to settlement, I was pleased to discover that Yosi has high standards of professionalism, sincere empathy for clients, valuing all aspects of their experience, and, in the end, a well developed ability to extract justice through personal injury law.Kathryn Y.

This is to inform all concerned that I hired Yosi Yahoudai to represent me in a motorcycle accident, which resulted in numerous bodily injuries. From the first meeting to the last Yosi was extremely caring and informative, during the entire processing of my case. His expertise in accidents related to my case resulted in a “full payment settlement” by the opposing responsible insurance company. He knew exactly what I was going through and helped me in so many ways that I will be forever grateful. He is truly a successful and professional injury lawyer, who represents his clients in the best possible manner. I would highly recommend Yosi to anyone involved in an accident, that was not their fault, and feels that compensation is in order. Yosi will work hard in your defense, trying to get you the best possible settlement. Again, I would like to thank him for all his hard work resulting in a “Full settlement” offer.Paul P.

I was so grateful that Attorney Yahoudai was on my side during one of my most difficult life situations. When the accident occurred on Jan 1, 2011, I was so depressed to learn that no witnesses were present to testify for me. I’ve always been a very careful driver so getting into a terrible accident that totally wrecked my car was truly devastating for me. Only then that I began to truly believe that despite being very careful, accidents still happen. My sister was in the car with me when the accident happened. I was okay except for my chipped front teeth and one big bruise on my hip. However, what happened to my sister was truly devastating and caused me more sadness. I thought I would lose her because she suffered from a severe internal neck injury and a hematoma and the doctors thought she could die. Fortunately enough, she regained her consciousness but she had to wear a neck brace for a period of three months in addition to having to delay her studies as a result of the accident. I was beginning to lose hope when the police officer reported that the one at fault could not be determined even though I was so sure that I made a left turn as soon as I saw the green left turn arrow lit up while the other party driving the opposite direction negligently hit my car during my turn. I was so sure that I was in the right of way, but since there were no witnesses willing to stay and testify, I could not present the police officer with any evidence other than parol or subjective evidence. It took me some months before I was able to find the perfect lawyer to represent my case until I found out about Attorney Yosi Yahoudai through my sister’s lawyer. Atty. Yahoudai happened to be one of the top lawyers in the state, so I did not hesitate at all to request for his help. With his great intellect coupled with great sincerity and compassion for me as his client, he was able to win my case. I was truly overwhelmed with the result. In addition, he charges fairly and treats me with respect. I will gladly recommend him as a personal injury lawyer to those who are in need. Because of him, my hope was renewed. I will be forever grateful to him.Ann R.

This is the real story of a how a great lawyer can get justice for you when there is no hope.  We see in the movies how a miracle happens in a helpless person’s life through another person when there is no hope, and I would proudly say exactly that happened to my parents life with attorney Yosi Yahoudai in J&Y.  I have to go back a few years, it was November 2009 when my dad was a 56 year old working class immigrant who was working two jobs to support my mom and himself.  He got into car accident with an eight wheeler truck without any witness.  The truck companies insurance holder was one of the leading insurance companies in the country, while my dad had car insurance with a small company.  More importantly, he had a lapse in health insurance. Even though his car was hardly damaged and there was no air bag involved, he still had heart attack complicated by a stroke after fearing that the truck was going to crush him.  From his stroke he was was unable to talk and was paralyzed.  My mom didn’t know how to speak English and was very dependent on my dad, so she became financially and emotionally hurt, so I became my parents voice!  I was determined to find a good lawyer, so we hired a 30 year experienced well known law firm to handle my dad’s case.  But unfortunately, as soon the police report was not clear cut for my dad’s side, the law firm decided to drop the case after one year with tons of false hopes.  I contacted lots of other big law firms but nobody would touch the case because it was a very expensive and complicated case.  He had over $300k hospital bills and only social security to live on.  We lost hope for the case.  That time I was referred to Yosi Yahoudai as an attorney.  First, I was skeptical about him if could he could do anything when a more experienced law firm couldn’t do anything.  But I have to say how glad I was that I was wrong!  Mr. Yosi Yahoudai not only got justice for the case less than a year later, but also helped them with settlement with the medical bills.   He was truly God sent.   Mr. Yosi Yahoudai did a miracle with his hard work that nobody thought would be possible.  Most important he was so pleasant to deal with, and he gave my parents a new life.   I wish all the luck to him, and we know we couldn’t have asked for a better attorney for my dad then Mr. Yosi Yahoudai.   We know he will be one of the top lawyers in the country in the near future with his dedication and hard work.  Our blessings are with him for helping two older financially broken people who got justice only because of him!Priya C.

Having never met Mr. Javaheri before, we had no idea what to expect.  But we soon discovered that he was genuinely interested in helping us and trustworthy. My wife and son, Rosa and Christopher had been rear ended in a car accident on Jan 15, 2010.  Our attempts to deal with the insurance adjuster on our own proved frustrating and it soon became clear that they were not going to help to recover our damages. To minimize their losses, that was the extent of their concern. Our attorney demonstrated that he cared about what had happened to my wife and son.  He arranged for the doctors and specialists that we needed to see and handled all the legal aspects of our claim.  We didn’t have to talk to anymore uncaring insurance adjusters anymore.  All of that he handled.  It took a little while from beginning to end but the results were well worth waiting for.  Both my wife and son feel that he got them the medical help they needed and even the help they had not expected such as the neurologist and compensation for pain and suffering. The communication between him and us was excellent especially since he responded to all of our e-mails promptly.  All of our questions that we had he addressed. In conclusion, both my wife and son who suffered the car accident are doing well.  They agree that Jason is a good attorney, would recommend him to others, and would contact him again if God forbid, they were involved in another accident.Tconway

I was on my way to work one morning.  I came to a complete stop on the 57 Northbound just before the 210 Eastbound.  One second everything is perfect, and the next second I am rear-ended at high velocity while my car remained at a complete stop.  Three cars were totaled as a result of the violent collision.  The paramedics arrived on the scene, helped me out of my car, and carried me on a gurney to the ambulance. As a result of the accident, I injured my left shoulder and lower-back.  I lost most of my range of motion with my left shoulder.  And the injury to my lower-back made it difficult to walk, let alone continue with my normal list of activities. At first, I was against the idea of getting a lawyer.  I guess I felt that given time my injuries would heal by themselves.  I also didn’t want to deal with all the time-consuming intricacies of a lawsuit.  Weeks became months and my injuries were actually getting worse, in spite of all my attempts at improvement, including chiropractor, massage, acupuncture, stretching exercises, ice packs, ointments, anti-inflammatory medications, and on-and-on. After around 3 months from the time of the accident, my wife reminded me that it might be a good idea if we contacted a lawyer.  I contacted Jason Javaheri at JAVAHERI & YAHOUDAI.  After my initial consultation, Jason immediately impressed me as being highly knowledgeable, professional, and personable.  It felt like a big weight had been lifted from me.  I felt confident that I now had someone that was looking out for my recovery. Jason recommended that I make an appointment with an orthopedic specialist.  The orthopedic determined that I had a severely impinged left shoulder, including torn tendons.  He said that without surgery, it would never fully recover.  For my lower-back, he determined I had two herniated discs and recommended epidurals. After the surgery and with months of physical therapy, my shoulder is close to a full recovery.  I am absolutely convinced that without the surgery, my shoulder would have not properly healed.  I am also convinced that without the exceptional representation from Jason and his staff, I would not have received the medical attention I needed. Hiring Jason at JAVAHERI & YAHOUDAI turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for me and my family.  He consistently provided timely communications.  He told me not only the current status of my case but also what to anticipate.  Anytime I had questions, he always responded in a prompt and professional manner, which I really appreciated.   He settled my case for the maximum policy limit amount, and without having to file a lawsuit. If I ever find myself in another car accident, I will not hesitate to contact Jason Javaheri at JAVAHERI & YAHOUDAI.  Thanks Jason!Alfonso G.

My daughter and granddaughter, who was only 12 months-old at the time, were in a serious car accident in 2010. The car was beyond repairable and my daughter had no car.  We called Jason Javaheri at J&Y and someone came out to see our daughter and assess her case the very next day.  Jason made arrangements with a major rental car company to accommodate our daughter’s need of a rental car.  Our daughter picked up her car rental within 24 hours!  Jason and his staff even obtained a new child car seat for our granddaughter.  His office was “Johnny-on-the-spot” when we needed them. The ending results of our daughter and granddaughter’s case resulted in my daughter obtaining a new car and a settlement that was more than expected.  We recommend Jason and J&Y to anyone who may or may not need a personal injury lawyer with experience, but with proven results as well.Manuel & Sandra B.

I would like to start by saying that Jason Javaheri and his staff at J&Y were very kind and sensitive to my individual case. Every time that I spoke with them throughout the process, they knew me by name and remembered everything of which we had previously discussed. I was in a high impact car accident on April 3, 2010, in which I suffered from disc bulges in my neck and lots of back pain. Being that my job requires physical activity, I was unable to work for several months. Jason and his staff helped me right away with my medical treatment by assisting me with doctor appointments and helped me get the physical therapy that I desperately needed. They were the buffer that I needed to deal with the pushy insurance company that was ready to write me off without a second thought. I had originally went with another attorney that treated me like a case number, and showed no signs of compassion toward my individual needs. As soon as I spoke with Jason at J&Y, he gave me the reassurance that I needed, and I knew that he would be the caring and honest attorney that I needed to help me through that difficult time. When it came time for the settlement, he was patient and worked for me to get the best settlement possible. I was able to pay all of my outstanding medical bills and get my car taken care of, which was totaled in the accident. Now with the help of Jason and his staff, I have a perfectly reliable vehicle that I can depend upon, and with the medical treatment they helped me receive my life is back to normal. Thank you Jason!Erica L.

Dear Mr Javaheri, As you know, I was severely injured in a rear-end collision on Sept. 16th, 2009.  The car behind me was travelling at full speed on the 5 Freeway and hit me as I had just stopped because the traffic in front of me had stopped.  When I looked in my rearview mirror, I could see the other driver not paying attention and she proceeded to smash into me at full speed.  I was dazed, confused and somewhat in shock.  I went to the emergency hospital and was examined, stabilized and medicated.  I suffered two disc herniations in my neck and four disc herniations in my lower back.  I later received 4 epidural injections that were recommended by the orthopedic surgeon you recommended. I had never been in pain like this and I didn’t know or was even clear headed enough to know what to do.  Fortunately, a friend strongly suggested I contact you and that you would be able to help me.  If you recall,  I could barely hold my head up when we met and I was very depressed about my condition and situation.  I remember you were very sympathetic and clear in how you could help me and how you would approach the situation.  You said you would get me the best medical attention and that you would settle for the maximum policy limits, which was very reassuring and gave me hope.  You then went on to negotiate with the insurance companies, theirs and mine, to ensure I received the best settlements possible.  You did that and I am grateful to you.  You were also able to negotiate with the doctors for better rates and that really helped the final settlement total. Not only were you caring and sympathetic in the beginning, you were always there for me through all of my medical treatments.  You were constantly concerned about my condition and would not hesitate to get me the proper care. I appreciate my case was especially difficult because the other party was underinsured and that you had to deal with my insurance company under my uninsured motorists policy.  You obtained the maximum settlements from both companies for me without having to file a lawsuit. You always told me not to worry, that you would handle everything, and you did. You are a skilled communicator not only in your meetings with me but also in your written communications.  You promptly responded to every email with a clear answer and a sympathetic ear. Although I will never fully recover, it’s just not possible, I want to thank you for getting me back to as normal as possible.  You were the bright light in my dark nightmare.  What is really most amazing is that even after the case was settled, you have continued to monitor my recovery.  Your concern for me is very genuine and extremely appreciated. Thank you for being an outstanding attorney as well as a friend. Best regards,John F.

Another attorney initially referred Mr. Yahoudai to me and it was the best decision I ever made to have him represent me in my case. Mr. Yahoudai is an excellent attorney and a true advocate – he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and dedicated. He really knows how to fight for his client and will do everything that he can to rectify your case. There are not enough “thanks” in the world to express my gratitude to Mr. Yahoudai for what he did for me. His hard work and dedication proved to me that I was in more than capable hands, and solidified my belief that I had the right attorney fighting for me.Ericka G.

My accident happened on February 26, 2010.  I was a front seat passenger in my friend’s car.  I never saw the other car before the impact.  All of a sudden, it struck our vehicle right where I was sitting.  It hit our car very hard.  My right shoulder was crushed into the right side of the car. Immediately after the accident, I felt severe pain in my right shoulder, neck, and lower back. Paramedics arrived at the scene and I was transported by ambulance to St. Jude Medical Center.  After being released from the hospital, I had no idea what to do.  I was in a lot of pain, confused, and felt helpless.  I made some phone calls and was referred to Jason Javaheri. Right away from the start, Jason and his staff started helping me out and making sure I got the proper medical treatment.  I was diagnosed with a ruptured and herniated disc in my neck, several disc herniations in my lower back, and a torn labrum in my right shoulder.  I eventually got two epidural injections in my lower back and got right shoulder surgery for my torn labrum.  The doctor also recommended that I get lower back surgery. Overall, I am very happy and grateful for my experience with Jason and his firm.  He got my case settled for the maximum amount and I’m very satisfied with what I received.  As an attorney, he was knowledgeable, helpful, on top of things, great at communicating, very thorough, and gave me the proper attention I felt I deserved.  But just as important, I believe he was also a good person and a good friend to me.  I was really going through some tough times when the accident happened and the accident only made things a lot worse.  Due to the accident, I was constantly in pain, depressed, frustrated, and, physically, I couldn’t carry out many of my daily life activities.   Jason understood what I was going through and was a great person to know and have.  He really helped me get through these times and went out of his way to help me.  By getting the settlement we got, Jason helped me get back on my feet and start life over.  He was my attorney, but more importantly, he was a good friend.  Not only do I feel lucky to have had Jason as my attorney, but also because I feel like I gained a new friend.  Even now after the case has settled, we still talk and keep in touch. I would not hesitate to refer anyone who needs a personal injury attorney to Jason and his firm.  Thank you very much Jason for all that you have done.  Without you, I don’t know what I would have done.  I am forever grateful. Your friend,Patrick G.

My accident is something that I won’t forget. Unfortunately, my residual shoulder pain and surgical scars serve as a constant reminder. I was driving straight crossing an intersection and then BOOM!The other driver passed the red the light and t-boned the rear driver’s side of my van, causing my van to lose control and spin around. My van ended up being totaled. It turned out that the person who hit me also hit another vehicle just before mine. I was badly shaken and disoriented by the accident. That same day, I started experiencing neck pain and stiffness, upper and mid back pain and stiffness, headaches, shoulder pain, and right arm pain. The next day, my pain got worse and continued to do so as the days went by. I didn’t know what to do.  Luckily, I spoke with the other driver who was also hit and she referred me to Jason Javaheri at Javaheri &Yahoudai.  Jason set up a meeting right away to meet with me in person.  He was even willing to meet on a Saturday, which we did. We met and he explained the process and what his role would be.  After talking a while I found his demeanor to be professional and his attitude comforting, needless to say.  I ended up retaining Jason to represent me and his office started taking care of everything right away.  After several months of physical therapy, my neck and shoulder pain weren’t going away.  When Jason called me to see how I was doing, I explained this to him.  He recommended that I see an orthopedic surgeon, so I did.  I was referred for MRIs which revealed that I had several considerable disc herniations in my neck and a torn tendon in my right shoulder.  I ultimately had to get right shoulder surgery to repair my tendon. From the day of the accident, it was very difficult just conducting my daily routine (i.e. driving, bathing, shaving, etc).  And even today, I still don’t have the confidence in my arm as I did prior to the accident.  But despite all of this, Jason and his staff were there for me every step of the way. They were very instrumental in helping me maneuver through the medical and treatment process, which helped to put my mind at rest.  And, in the end, Jason got me the maximum settlement possible. Should I ever meet Jason again, I hope it would be under different circumstances.  But should I ever need an attorney for any reason, I will readily call Jason. Thank you Jason! Truly yours,David H.
