RIGHT NOW IN SOUTH SACRAMENTO, A GRASS FIRE NEAR ELDER CREEK ROAD AND 65TH EXPRESSWAY. THIS IS IN SOUTH SACRAMENTO SACRAMENTO HAS SPARKED AND AS YOU CAN SEE, IT HAS SPREAD TO A STRUCTURE HERE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT JUST ROLLED UP ABOUT FIVE MINUTES AGO AS YOU CAN SEE, THAT STRUCTURE TO THE RIGHT OF YOUR SCREEN IS KIND OF SECONDARY TO WHERE THE FLAMES WERE COMING. YOU SEE A LOT OF SMOKE HERE. WE SEE A LOT OF CHARRED GROUND. THE GRASS AROUND THIS HOME FOR THE MOST PART IS YELLOW, BUT ASIDE FROM THIS MAIN STRUCTURE, THE GRASS ON THE OUTSIDE, IF WE ZOOM OUT, WE CAN SHOW YOU IT HAS BEEN MOWED DOWN. SO NOT ANY REALLY TALL GRASS THAT THIS FIRE COULD SPREAD TO. BUT AS YOU CAN SEE, IT IS SPREADING AT A PRETTY SLOW RATE OF SPEED. AGAIN, THE FIRE DEPARTMENT JUST GOT HERE. ELDER CREEK AND 65TH EXPRESSWAY IN SOUTH SACRAMENTO. WE’RE GOING TO CONTINUE FLYING OVER THIS LITTLE GRASS FIRE, WHICH HAS INVOLVED SOME TYPE OF STRUCTURE. NOT SURE IF THAT’S A HOME OR SOME KIND OF SHED. SO WE’RE
