Lanes reopen after US Army truck overturns on I-580 in Castro Valley

An overturned U.S. Army truck temporarily blocked two eastbound lanes on Interstate 580 in Castro Valley Friday afternoon, the CHP said.

The incident was reported at around 2 p.m. near the 164th Street exit.

The CHP and firefighters were at the scene and all lanes were cleared by 4:30 p.m.

No injuries were reported.
