Husband in custody after woman stabbed in Rancho Cordova, deputies say

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. — A woman was stabbed Monday in Rancho Cordova, and her husband was arrested at the scene, authorities said.

Law enforcement then found a woman with multiple stab wounds to her upper body and transported her to the hospital, Matranga said. Just after 4 p.m. Monday, deputies said she is critical but stable.

Her husband was arrested at the scene, deputies said.
