Alonzo has been trained and is supervised directly by the Managing Partners of the firm in demand writing. He is an experienced demand writer who knows the vast California vehicle codes and how to aggressively argue liability in our clients’ favor. Moreover, he understands the complexities of the medical terminology, medical codes, and the medical billing and is able to explain them in laymen terms, so as to convey the true tribulations and hardships that our clients have had to suffer through as a result of their unfortunate accident. Regardless of what type of case he is working on, Alonzo tells the story through the eyes of the client, and while working directly with the head attorneys on every single case, he is able to put together a demand letter that successfully illustrates every important aspect of our clients’ experiences so as to maximize the value of their cases.


Dianne Jaimes

Lien Negotiator

Dianne is our firm’s lead Lien Negotiator who handles all Settlement Distributions. Once a case settles or reaches a verdict, Dianne diligently works to reduce each and every medical bill and lien to its absolute lowest amount in order to maximize our clients’ monetary recovery. She aggressively negotiates and fights for our clients regardless of the challenge she faces. Whether it’s Medicare, Medi-Cal, a hospital, surgeon, physician, or another medical specialist, Dianne will do everything in her power to obtain the best possible lien reductions. Dianne is also fluent in Spanish.


Ingrid Valle

Case Manager

Ingrid is a Case Manager and has been involved in the personal injury field for over 19 years. She is responsible for all cases including serious and catastrophic injury cases involving wrongful death, amputation, spinal cord injuries, paralysis, broken bones, burn injuries, and other difficult and complex cases. Ingrid is responsible for ensuring that all files and cases are properly prepared for the lead attorneys so that all our clients’ cases proceed smoothly throughout the entire legal process. She understands the importance of immediately addressing our clients’ needs whether it relates to our clients’ property damage, medical treatment or just being there for emotional support. She focuses her time on making sure all of our clients’ needs are taken care of and making herself available to service our clients and their cases. Ingrid is also fluent in Spanish.


Ryan Ross

Claims Negotiator

Ryan is our firm’s lead Claims Negotiator with over 10 years of insurance claims experience working as an adjuster for the defense. He has been instrumental in securing very large settlements and recoveries for our clients. Ryan has also been trained and is supervised directly by the Managing Partners of the firm in claims negotiation. With his unique and distinctive background in insurance defense, Ryan knows how to successfully argue in our clients favor so as to maximize the value of their settlements. He aggressively negotiates and fights for our clients regardless of the challenge. Ryan puts himself in our clients’ shoes when he negotiates and knows exactly how to convey to the opposing adjuster the important aspects of the case, both medically and economically, that our clients have dealt with as a result of their accident. By doing so, Ryan ensures that he achieves the absolute best settlement possible for our clients.


Lisa Mora

Case Manager

Lisa is a Case Manager and has been involved in the personal injury field for over 26 years. She is responsible for all cases including serious and catastrophic injury cases involving wrongful death, amputation, spinal cord injuries, paralysis, broken bones, burn injuries, and other difficult and complex cases. Frederick Arnhoelter

Senior Litigation Paralegal

Frederick is our firm’s Senior Litigation Paralegal and has been involved in the personal injury field for over 23 years. Frederick is supervised directly by the Managing Partners of the firm. His understanding of California personal injury law is unparalleled. Frederick assists the firm’s trial team with everything in the litigation stage, from interviewing clients, filing and serving complaints, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions, communicating with opposing counsel’s office and fully preparing for trial. Frederick brings with him his vast knowledge of the California Civil and Civil Procedure Codes as well as relevant case law and statutes, and with his impactful contribution, our firm’s litigation and trial team is fully equipped and prepared to take on the most serious and catastrophic cases, and to go to battle with the toughest defense firms in the state.
